During November, international students can join three online workshops focused on personal strengths, LinkedIn networking and job searching in the Czech labour market.
Studying at university is not only about gaining knowledge. It is also an opportunity to discover your strengths, build professional connections and prepare for future career opportunities. Career Development Month brings together six Czech university career centres and offers a series of practical online workshops designed to support students in planning their future careers.

International students can choose from three workshops delivered in English, each focusing on a different stage of career development.
Get Noticed by Employers
Finding a job often starts long before you send your CV. The workshop Get Noticed by Employers will show students how to create a LinkedIn profile that attracts recruiters, present international experience effectively and use networking tools to connect with potential employers.
Participants will also learn how artificial intelligence can support their LinkedIn strategy and job search efforts.

Discover What Makes You Unique
What if one of your greatest talents is something you take for granted?
The interactive workshop Discover Your Talent: What Makes You Unique? helps students identify their natural strengths and understand how they can use them in study, teamwork and future career choices. Inspired by the Gallup CliftonStrengths approach, the session focuses on developing confidence through strengths rather than weaknesses.
How to Find a Job in the Czech Republic
Entering a new labour market can be challenging, especially in a different country. The workshop How to Find a Job in the Czech Republic will provide practical guidance on job searching, application processes and the specifics of the Czech employment environment.

It is particularly useful for international students planning to stay in Czechia after graduation or looking for internships and part-time opportunities during their studies.
Join for Free
All workshops are free of charge and delivered online, making them accessible wherever you are. Whether you want to better understand your strengths, improve your professional visibility or take the first steps towards employment in Czechia, Career Development Month offers practical inspiration and expert guidance throughout November.
